This package allows you to use recoloured objects or to recolour objects for the Sims 2 and its expansions, and is required by some of the downloads here. More information can be found on the CEP Site. This file is not hosted here, but on ModTheSims2, where the latest version can always be found. Sims2 Packer lets you put Body Shop Part files (*.package) into a *.sims2skin file. These are more user-friendly to install. This tool is unsupported, use at your own risk. DLLs NOT included. Read Readme file before use.
