Famous for its Moroccan Room, library and the Lattice Gazebo with mosaic flooring, Latimer Hall has gone into a state of disrepair over the years. Sir Desmond Latimer tried to keep the property going while he struggled to keep his DeLatimer Motor Company™ going but when he went into receivership, he had to put the family home up for sale.
For a bargain price of §163,572, you can be the next owner of Latimer Hall. It requires some renovation to return it to its former glory but it would make a wonderful family home or even be a viable business venue in the right hands.

Hastings House. The Hastings Restaurant serves a very good fried chicken, however. Also, the poker club,
coffee bar and spa are very popular with the local residents.
