This is a unique, fully furnished, modern home that looks great in a "contemporary" neighborhood. It is built partly on top of a 2-car garage situated on a medium sized 3x3 lot.
On the first level are 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, kitchen with bar seating, dining, and living room with an interior garden display nestled underneath the stairs. A back patio with grilling area and seating that leads down to the pool.
